Our company’s success is based on integrity and adherence to rules together with our customers, employees and suppliers. To ensure that we can achieve this goal in the long term, it is important to obtain information about potential misconduct. This is the only way we can stop it in the future.

The Dietsch Polstermöbel GmbH whistleblower system offers you the opportunity to report potential breaches of the rules. We check every report and follow it up consistently. An essential cornerstone of the whistleblower system is the greatest possible security that the report can be made without fear of reprisals and guarantees the principle of a fair procedure for all parties involved. Incoming reports are processed by a trained person from the company, who ensures that only absolutely necessary information about the reporter is forwarded to the company. A report is then processed in-house in an organisationally independent unit. In this way, we guarantee the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, those affected and those involved in investigating the report. If desired, a report can also be made anonymously, but in this case we are unable to provide the required feedback on receipt and status.
