35 years of Dietsch – a very special summer party

Last Friday, we at Dietsch not only celebrated our traditional summer party. This year, there were two reasons to celebrate: our 35th company anniversary and a thoroughly successful party with around 150 guests!

All employees from production and administration were invited, as were our colleagues from the Stillegrund frame construction department. This year, we also welcomed our friends from KRANICHconcept GmbH in Hamburg for the first time. We were particularly delighted by the visit of the Dietsch founding family, who remain closely connected to our company, and by the presence of our sales team from the field.
In perfect summer weather, the focus was on meeting people, showing appreciation and having fun – this time also with our family members, because as a company we see ourselves as one big Dietsch family.

There was plenty of hearty and vegetarian food from the barbecue, served in traditional Thuringian style, accompanied by cool drinks and good music.
For our younger guests, there was a colourful range of games, lovingly organised by the Schmalkalden Family Centre. Anyone who felt like it could take a tour of the factory with our sales manager Jörg Weisheit and managing director Christian Andreas Maurer to gain an insight into what their loved ones do here every day at our company. A shuttle service ensured that everyone got home safely late in the evening.

What remains? Lots of wonderful memories, good conversations – and the feeling of being part of a warm, family-friendly company that not only expresses gratitude and solidarity, but also actively lives by these values.
